Effective Date: April 20,2026. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of products, including peptides and other chemical compounds (collectively, “Products”), from VYBE (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Intended Use and Purchaser Qualifications
Our Products are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. By purchasing our Products, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified and trained professional affiliated with a laboratory, university, or other research institution. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase our Products. The Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, or as food additives, drugs, or cosmetics. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. By purchasing our Products, you acknowledge and agree that: • The Products are for research-only use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. • The Products are not to be used in humans or animals. • You are a qualified professional capable of safely handling and using the Products. • You will indemnify and hold VYBE harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use, misuse, or handling of the Products.
2. Product Handling and Safety
You acknowledge that the Products may have hazardous properties and that you are responsible for their safe handling, storage, and disposal. You agree to implement appropriate industrial hygiene and safety protocols to protect workers and any third parties from potential health and safety hazards associated with the Products. VYBE is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper handling, storage, use, or disposal of the Products, including but not limited to negligence, abuse, or use in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Shipping
All orders ship via UPS 2-Day Air. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. MST Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends will ship the next business day.Orders to P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered by UPS and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail instead. While USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2–3 business days, delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed by USPS. If you require guaranteed 2-day delivery, please provide a physical street address at checkout.Free shipping is available on orders over $250 within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.VYBE is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once a package has been tendered to the carrier. All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you upon dispatch.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VYBE Health and Wellness and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VYBE Health and Wellness.
Due to the nature of our research products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items, as they cannot be resold. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product quality.We WILL provide refunds or replacements for:
• Products that arrive damaged during shipping (photo evidence required within 48 hours)
• Incorrect items shipped (our error)
• Products that do not meet stated specifications or purity standards
• Orders that were not delivered despite tracking showing delivery
• Duplicate orders placed in error (if reported before shipment)
We CANNOT accept returns for:
• Opened or used products
• Products stored improperly after delivery
• Orders canceled after shipment
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Products past 30 days from delivery

6. Store Credits:
VYBE may, at its sole discretion, issue store credits to customer accounts as a courtesy for shipping delays, order issues, or other circumstances. Store credits carry no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another customer, or applied to previous orders. Credits are non-transferable and may only be applied toward future purchases on our website. Store credits do not expire. Issuance of a store credit does not constitute an obligation to issue credits for similar circumstances in the future.
7. Free Bacteriostatic Water:
We may include free bacteriostatic water with certain peptide orders. When applicable, it is added to your cart automatically at no extra charge. Some products may be excluded from this offer. If you remove the bacteriostatic water from your cart during checkout, it will not be included with your shipment.
8. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe information provided on our website is for informational and educational purposes only. The Products are sold “as is,” and we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
